Let’s face it:

This is not what you imagined when you finished medical school. You knew it would be hard, but you never imagined feeling the way you do right now, including:

  • Exhausted and on the verge of burnout without a light at the end of the tunnel
  • Burning the candle at both ends, beholden to the demands of your practice and the EMR
  • Frustrated with feeling like you’ve lost control of work life balance
  • Tired of feeling sluggish, drained, and unsure if you'll make it another day
  • Unsure where your enthusiasm for life has gone and if it will come back

If you nodded your head yes to any of these, you’ve come to the right place.

The truth is:

Physician burnout is not only real — it’s a crisis we face and few on the outside understand the demands of practice life.
